Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Credit Card, via JCC. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of any unauthorised access or disclosure. Authorization of the payment must be given at the time of placing your order. Our liability towards yourself in connection with any order placed, will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items purchased from us.

Please note that the prices on our website are subject to change at any time. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time you process your order at checkout.

Delivery charges/ Collection charges & Delivery Methods
Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the goods ordered, and cannot be refunded. An order under 5kg will be charged €4.00 this price includes VAT. Any order exceeding 5 kg in weight will be charged €5.00 this price includes VAT. Orders that exceed the value of €50 will be delivered free of charge. Delivery will be carried out on our behalf by ACS Courier services, the next working day once we have received the clearance of payment. Please note that we deliver goods only within the area under the derestriction of the Republic of Cyprus.

In the case, that you decide, to procced with the option of collection, ACS Courier offers over 40 locations across Cyprus. The rates for collection differ from home delivery. An order under 5kg will be charged €3.00 this price includes VAT. Any order exceeding 5 kg in weight will be charged €4.00 this price includes VAT. Orders that exceed the value of €50 will offered with free collection. Please note that we only offer collection points via ACS Courier within the area under the derestriction of the Republic of Cyprus.

All goods ordered must be signed for upon delivery, or collection by an adult aged 18 years or over. Proof of ID must be shown to confirm the order credentials and age of the person receiving the order, failing to do so will result in the likelihood of the order being retained by the driver, or kept at the collection point. If an order is being delivered to a desired address, and there is nobody to receive the order, a notification will be left by the driver. You will then need to contact us or ACS courier in order to arrange a new delivery time or collection of the goods. We do not cover any further delivery costs that may arise in the likelihood of such an event happening.

While we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by yourselves, when placing the order. It is of utter importance that the delivery address stated is accurate. If any special delivery instructions are needed, please make sure they are stated at the time of the order with accuracy. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused to the goods once they have been delivered, in accordance with your delivery instructions stated at the time of the order being placed. Be assured that we will aim to deliver the goods, by the time and date quoted for delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If there is a likely delay in the delivery due to causes that are beyond our reasonable control, the date of delivery will be extended to a later date. Someone on behalf of R. H. Olive Bee LTD or from ACS couriers will contact you, in order to arrange an alternative delivery time, or collection.

Returns/Cancellations & Complaints
Our policy last for 2 days. If 2 days has passed from the moment you have received the goods purchased from us, a refund or exchange cannot be made.

In order for you to be able to return any goods, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, making sure that it is still in its original packaging. A receipt of purchase must also be provided in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If you receive an order from us and a product is seriously damaged, pictures must me sent within a 24-hour period to (email) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Furthermore, to be eligible to exchange a product, the defected product must be returned to R.H. OLIVE BEE LTD. A partial refund will be considered in the case when a product has been damaged during the delivery to you. No refunds or exchanges will be made if 2 days have passed from the time that you received your order.

Once pictures of the damaged goods, and a receipt of purchase has been provided, a senior member of our team will notify you that they have received the email and that they will review the case, within a 48-hour period starting from the time the notification email has been sent. Once your case has been reviewed, a member of our team will notify you of your approval or rejection for a refund or exchange. Each complaint will be treated with confidentiality.

If you are approved for a refund, a receipt of payment will be sent to you via email, within a 48-hour period from the time of your approval. All goods that are refunded must be returned, the cost of the return will be undertaken from the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from the money that will be refunded. A receipt of the shipping cost will also be provided along with the receipt of payment. In the likelihood of an exchange the customer will also bear the shipping cost for the returned product.

We will not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for unwanted items that you have purchased from us. Only regular priced items may be refunded, in no case will items sold a reduced price, be eligible for a refund.
